We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team. A Performance Tester is responsible for evaluating the performance and stability of software systems. This includes designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Role and responsibilities:

• Developing and executing performance testing plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Monitoring and analysing performance metrics such as response time, resource utilization, and errors.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure performance requirements are met.
• Keeping up to date with new testing tools and techniques to enhance testing processes.
• Documenting test results, creating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Establishing and maintaining performance testing standards and procedures.

Technical Requirements:

• B. Tech Graduate with 3- 5 year of experience in Performance testing of Web, Mobile and API’s
• Experience working with Open-Source Performance Testing tools e.g., JMeter.
• Experience working with Licensed Performance Testing tools e.g., Blaze meter, Neo load, Gatling etc.,
• Ability to understand Agile methodologies.
• Awareness of test case management tools e.g., JIRA/TFS
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Experience in monitoring tools like e.g., New Relic, Perfmon, Datadog etc.,
• Good experience in different types of Performance tests e.g,, Load, Smoke, Endurance, Spike tests etc.,
• Good skills in analysis the CPU utilization, resources utilization as part of Performance Test Executions
• Has knowledge on cloud executions using AWS (or) Azure
